  1. What is the Genesis Difference?

    Answer: Genesis Fundraising not only helps your designated organization raise money each and every month through product sales on our website www.myonlinedonation.com, we also provide your group the opportunity to receive an additional randomly selected donation of up to $25,000.00 if your group sells a minimum of one hundred (100) units within a qualifying calendar month.

  2. Do Donors need to purchase a minimum number of products per month?

    Answer: No. Donors can purchase whatever number of products they wish at any time for the benefit of your organization. However, if your organization wishes to qualify for a potential random donation of up to $25,000.00, your organization must purchase a minimum of one hundred (100) units of fundraising products within a qualifying calendar month.

  3. How does my designated organization know I have bought a product in their behalf?

    Answer: Once your organization completes the Fundraising Agreement and documents their nonprofit status, we set up User Name and password protected account so that your management team can monitor your progress in real time. This is one of our program’s most important features.

  4. How do we know what donation zone we are in?

    Answer: Simply by identifying what state your organization resides. Some Donation Zones are individual states and some are groups of multiple states. SEE DONATION ZONES

  5. How do donors pay for products selected?

    Answer: Once you designate your organization and products selected, you will proceed to checkout with our secured internet financial service provider, PayPal, who will process all payments. Genesis Fundraising does not manage or retain any information regarding donors’ credit card purchases.

  6. How are products shipped to donors?

    Answer: In most cases, all products are shipped within two (2) to ten (10) business days or sooner by designated parcel post or mail carriers.

  7. What will the program cost our organization in fees or membership dues?

    Answer: There are no fees or dues to join our program. Our only requirement, once the Fundraising Agreement is completed and your organization’s nonprofit status is documented, is to purchase a minimum of one hundred (100) products collectively as a group of donors within any calendar month if your organization wishes to qualify for a random donation from Genesis of up to $25,000.00.

  8. What are the Genesis shipping and handling policies?

    Answer: Once your order arrives, the enclosed packing slip will describe the necessary procedures for any missing or damages items.

  9. How are random monthly donations made?

  10. What organizations have received a donation from Genesis?

  11. How does Genesis divide school subgroups?

    Answer: Once you select your designated school, you can select a specific subgroup within the school (athletics, drama, etc,), or just donate to the schools general fund. Genesis’s monthly product sales profit check will identify specific totals for each subgroup for the school to disperse.

  12. Does Genesis donate a percentage of profits from all items sold or just from those items bought for the benefit of organizations who sold a minimum of 100 units?

    Answer: Genesis donates a percentage of each item sold, regardless of whether the item was purchased for a qualifying organization or a non-qualifying organization.

    Example for illustration purposes only:

    1,000 organizations within a donation zone have products purchased for their benefit within a calendar month

    100 organizations sell 100 units = 10,000 units (Qualifying Organizations)

    900 organizations sell 50 units = 45,000 units (Non-Qualifying Organizations)

    55,000 total units

    The donation pool is based upon the 55,000 total units and the one hundred (100) qualifying organizations, using this example, have a one in ten opportunity of receiving a random donation equal to ten percent of the entire donation pool.

  13. What are the Genesis Fundraising Return / Refund Policies?

    Answer: Due to the nature of our business, Genesis Fundraising does not offer refunds once an order is placed. After an item has been received, an order may be returned for another item of equal or greater value only. Any restocking or other service fees applicable for a returned item, as described on the packing slip with your order, will be charged to your credit card.

  14. How do I provide feedback on my shopping experience?
